Which lifters(HLA) should I use Anti pump up, stock type or sold adjustable? Would mouse trap springs help? I'm not real clear on valve train parts for these motors yet

Just use the stockers. The couple of references that I have heard of that tried to used the anti-pump up ones were taller than the originals and wouldn't work.

I'm running new OEM lifters with my a237, but I woudln't recommend spending the money to replace your original lifters at all if they're still in decent shape and you're just going to run a RR. That cam's done making any real power by 5500-6000rpm, so it's not like you'd be revving the snot out of the engine and risking locking the lifters up.

That cam isn't running enough rpms for the anti-pumpup. You really don't want solids(trust me). Keep the stockers like Steve said.
