I've got the LA3 installed in my 86, but don't know what to do about the Octane Switch pinout for the computer. Do I need to run 12v to it? or ground? I always run premium fuel, so there's really no need to install a switch.

If you connect the pin #46 and 24 together then the computer will see the switch in premium all the time.

I always ran premium in my TC as well but I found the switch to be useful when cruising on the highway. In reg. I got better gas milage with the cruise on because the computer wouldn't allow as much boost while climbing slopes and inclines.
