I just swaped in a LA2 with the bigger injectors, intercooler, ACT, big vam and repined everything right. She starts up but runs rough, checked the codes with car on engine off and it keeps flashing codes 82 and 83? So I started it up, checked the codes and got 12 41 75 77. Do I have to rejust my VAM and what are codes 82 83 and 75?

77 - you didn't goose the throttle to brief WOT
82 & 83 relate to the EDF( cooling fan(s) and the IRCM. If you don't have the 87-88 fans, that may explain it.
12- see if the TB is coked up inside, Also see: http://www.tbirdheritage.com/turbocoupe/...stepid=KE1
Have you taken a warm idle vacuum reading?

I haven't wired the cooling fans up nor have I wired boo and and vss(-) do I need to wire in the fans? I have an after market auto fan relay in it now. checked the TPS and its set at .98 when ever I start up the car itll start cold at 1100 rpms then when the O2 kicks in itll start to idle higher like at 1600 rpms think I need the throttle ajusted would that fix my no WOT?

The WOT throttle thing is you manually operating the throttle at the right time. If the EEC doesn't see the TPS go full voltage (WOT) at the right time then the code gets set.
You can go aftermarket on the fans. Just be prepared to see those two codes. Other than the codes, it isn't going to hurt anything. Just be sure the fans do what you want them to do.
I'm not sure what is causing the idle to rise as the car warms.
