Well after long hard thoughts about selling the tbird. I have fixed her up and shes all better. I put in the ranger cam and a bit bigger turbo. I must say im glad i kept it. It runs stronger and better then ever. Less then a month ill see what it runs at the track.
1988 thunderbird. 77000 miles. all stock except ebay boost controller and cone filter. A true barn find.

Excellent! Glad you decided to keep her! Just out of curiosity; did you get a rebuilt head or a J/Y head?

I took the head to another shop to have it second looked and they said it was fine. Replaced the valve seats and the shaved it down a little.
1988 thunderbird. 77000 miles. all stock except ebay boost controller and cone filter. A true barn find.
