WHEW! Just got back from a roadtest. K member is in...but...found MORE damage! Lookin from umderneath up past the fuel lines to where the steering comes thru the firewall where the rubber plug is and the firewall is stamped I found a wrinkle. It took a little prying to get the Kmember to bolt up with 1 of the rear mount bolts not lining up on each side...will have to enlarge the hole in the K member. Had a little trouble aligning the drivers side fender and it has a slight bulge up about midway down along the top. Will run it down to work tomorrow and attempt to align it...We Shall See! If its real close then I'll continue to drive it if not I'll pull the motor and put the big valve head on it and stick it in the "street/strip" car!

Didn't get a chance to ck alingment yet...during the initial rdtest heard a rythmic scrapping noise from left rear...I have the infamous rear calipers sticking...so I pulled both arms back and put right wheel on then the left rear ...while tightening the left I heard the crunching sound...the axle is bent. Oh well...I guess I'll put the axles from the street strip car in this one a get 5 luggers for the the other!
