I just finished painting my TC about 1 hr. ago. Looks great! Well maybe not show quality[I'm not into show cars] but very good for a driver.
I did change the color. I just wasn't thrilled with the original dark red/grey. I also removed the body side moulding and reworked the bumpers so they are flush with the body sides.
I will post some pics once it is back together and I figure Out how to post them. My computer skills are poor at best.
I still need to paint all of the window moulding, finish the exhaust and put the interior back together [ After a good shampoo.] It was a good example to my kids as to why we don't use the drive thru or eat in the car.
This car is finally looking like it will be on the road again. It just needed lots of TLC.

Ditto. What color did you change it to? I'd be interested in seeing how you blended in those bumpers.

I changed to Dupont Fire Red Metalic.
The bumpers were a PITA but at least it looks like they came this way.
I cut the cover at top and bottom of the moulding, to where they turn around the front/rear. Then I used a bumper repair product [Ever Coat fiber tech] to put them back together. I also used the fiber tech to fill the moulding strip all around the bumpers. It really cleans up the look of the bumpers.

I hope to post pics soon. I don't really know how to, but will ask my brother-in-law for help.
I did get the bumper covers bac on this AM. I'm very satisfied with how they look on the car.I also started putting the doors back together. I plan to have it all together except window mouldings by Sat.

If you can't get the pics figured out then just send them to me and I will throw them on my photobucket account and link to them. Photobucket is free and is a great place to put pictures.
