i plan on going to the junkyard this weekend. Are there any cool turbo parts (bypass valves or really good intercooler piping) on popular cars that would probably be there? i've heard saabs, volvo's, and bmw's have decent turbo accessorires. Any ideas or findings you all have had would be great for me to know, thanx

The thing I would suggest you look for is any turbo to intercooler hoses you can find for your bird. It is real handy to have a spare when one splits.

A little late, but many people run Isuzu NPR intercoolers, Cummins TD intercoolers, the powerstroke, amonst others. Other than that, I would go for any turbo accessory that you could pick up for cheap.

also, if you can find one, check out the saab 9000 turbo intercooler, it is a large front mount and could probably move some good amounts of air
Currently birdless, but will get another someday!
