JD'S performance

i ordered a 255lph hp pump and kirban fpr from thenm over the internet on 3-8-05 and it is now 3-15-05 and i have still not recived a confirmation email from them
i emailed them asking for a reply of some sorts probably on the 10th and still no contact at all with them

They get a big ole thumbs down from me and customer service definately SUCKS!

PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT ANY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY

You might search the General Discussion and Performance forums. There was a problem with some delayed delieveries but it might have been weather related, don't remember all of it
