I found this while going thru my wiring today. My KS and ACT black wires are fused, is this right? They don't look burned but appear to be deliberately connected. Any help? Sorry about the pic but my camera sux.

Steve

Thanks Karnage, I thought it looked factory but something is screwy. So far I've replaced the O2, ECT & TPS and it still idles like crap, plus both fans run constantly and I can't get the codes to spit out. I'm thinking short somewhere as when I just hooked up the battery I gat a spark at the neg terminal, somehow that doesn't seem right.

Have you reviewed this article? http://www.turbotbird.com/techinfo/Unabl..._Codes.htm

It sounds like your problems are all related. It's either a circuit issue, a possible bad sensor, or an issue with the EEC. i've seen bad EECs do what your symptoms are described as.

Thanks JT, I was hoping to avoid messing with the eec by throwing sensors at the dam thing. If I can put a wrench on it I'm OK but getting into the electrical I'm lost.
