And since I got rid of my PRC struts and went with tokicos instead...can I simply just ditch this computer to clear up room under the hood??

That is not the Suspension computer. What that is is the IRCM (integrated relay control module. It has 5 relays in it. Two are for the cooling fans, one is a fuel pump relay, one is the AC clutch relay and the 5th on is a power relay for the EEC.

The PRC computer is on the pull down shelf attached to the back of the backseats so to speak, accessible from the trunk. It's on the extreme passenger side

Ah okay thanks Pete I guess I wont be deleting that box (the IRCM). If the PRC if shoved back there ill crawl back there and pull it out. Since where on the topic of figuring out stuff..is the sensor for the "Check Turbo" light the sensor on the rear of the pass shock tower? It had two vacuum lines going to it..one goes to the EGR and the other I cant really tell at the moment. Im trying to get rid of that light from coming on and wasnt sure if I can disconnect it.

Rear of pass strut tower has 2 electrical devices: the EGR vacuum regulator (EVR) solenoid. This has a 2 terminal electrical connector and 2 vac lines. The other one has one vac line and a 1 terminal electrical connector. That guy is the overboost switch. It closes if boost is over 17.5 psi. When it closes, it grounds the single wire running to it.

See this for more info: http://turbotbird.com/faqs/#Check%20Turbo%20Light
Might be a problem with the wiring
