How do you know you have spark blowout? Assuming the stock ignition system is functioning as designed, 18 psi will not result in blow out. I run 24 psi with a .032 gap and have no blow out. I think you have other problems.

++++ 2

I run 25 PSI on my modified engine and 18 PSI on my stock coupe with the factory gap of .034. Personally i do not understand the reasoning for closing the gap. The TFI system produces plenty of spark. Just me could be wrong. I agree with Jeff 100%

How do you know you need more spark? Have you monitored fuel pressure during a run?

What the heck are you talking about? Batch fire is a term used to discuss INJECTOR firing.... injectors are either batch fired or sequentially fired. Are you talkin about a waste spark system? COP? CNP? Do you want to run DIS or EDIS?

I still think you have other problems, not a spark problem as others have said.
