Ok now after replacing the tps and a vac line i am still having the same problem irratic idle and it is missing while driving at all speeds I ran the codes again and i am not getting anything except a 11, and the 67 clutch switch. Should I be looking at the clutch switch or is there a underlying problem that I am missing

I would go over everything looking for a vacuum leak. Hook up a vacuum gauge to the vacuum tree on the fire wall. You should see
18 to 20" with a steady needle. Since you are having an erratic idle, it may not read as above. Let us know what you get and how far the needle swings. Use carb cleaner to help find vac leaks, spraying at various things. If the idle changes, you found a leak.
The other thing to do would be a compression test. It's possible you have a bad cam lobe or weak/broken valve spring.
On the code 67, did you have the A/C on when you ran the test? Having it set to full defrost also runs the A/C.
