Spittinfire--No, I haven't replaced the new parts with the old parts. I still have the some of the old parts, so I could try that. I did not inspect the sensor plugs in the harness before plugging it back into the new parts. I can take a look at those and verify the condition.

If you want to look around for a vacuum leak, take a can of carb cleaner with the long nozzle and spray around while someone keeps it running. If you find a leak the engine speed will increase showing a point of fluid ingestion. Just a thought.

Base fuel pressure with the stock FPR is 39 psi, so your 38 psi fuel pressure is good.
