Is there a guide to deleteing the ircm?
I want to wire up individual relays, my ircm is no good. When I turn the key to the on position, both fans become engaged. And the car won't start due to no fuel. I have checked the fuel pump, so the problem is the ircm.

Thanks

Have you done a KOEO scan? I seem to recall this being a sign of a bad PCM and not the IRCM.

Fans always on and either no fuel pump run or pump always runs is almost always a bad PCM. No codes being outputted during KOEO / KOER self test is also a sign of a fried PCM.

Every now and then, It doesn't start due to the fuel pump not engaging. When this happens I can hear the fans turn on. I tried getting codes during KOEO, but like you said, no codes.

So my pcm is malfunctioning?
Should I stop driving it?

Sounds like a bad PCM. Take the PCM apart and have a look. There are electrolytic capacitors on the circuit board that often go bad... you can tell by looking at them (goo squirting out the bottom). If you know how to solder reasonably well, you can replace the damaged cap or caps.
