Don't know if this helps or not, but i happened to have a picture of my '88 TC rear seat, factory cloth.

i also have a real bad picture of my passenger seat out of my '87 TC too, in Raven.

Check out the pics of my car in the showroom at www.turbotbird.com/showroom/jk-88tc.html You can kind of see what the seating surfaces of the drivers sat looks like.

Thanks for the pics guys!

How much did the interior change from 86. Is it the same style seat or did it change totally, like the mustang did.

Just to the right of the steering column, the 87-88 cars have the added rocker switches in the panel for the "Programmed Ride Control" switch and "Premium/Regular Fuel" switch in addition to the "Power Antenna" switch. (if so equipped)
The 85-86 cars just had the "Power Antenna" switch and a block off plate for something that was never put into use.
The 87-88 cars added the indicator lights on the tachometer for the items above.

Other than those, I don't know of any other changes with the interior of Turbo Coupes from 85-88

Thanks Brent. Very informative.

I didn't know there were any ASC/McClaren coupes. Must have been very few made.

They made 25 in 1984, and 150 in 1985. In 1986 there were actually two Coupe models produced, the regular Coupe and a EuroCoupe. They made 115 regular Coupe's and 47 EuroCoupe's which is what I have.

Thought of a couple of other differences with the 85-88 Turbo Coupes interiors.
1985 & 86 cars could have the pivoting vent window option but that option was dropped for 1987. I guess you could consider that an interior as well as exterior difference.

And 1986 and newer cars got the Federally mandated third brake light.

You know your T-birds!

I'd like to see what your EuroCoupe looks like. I thought ASC/McClaren only made convertibles.

Tim,

My scanner is giving me fits right now. It's scanning things in weird colors. I'm going to try to reinstall it this weekend.

Here is a link to a picture of a EuroCoupe that is a twin to mine.

Be aware, there are some mistakes in the description of this car.
These cars did not have cruise control, four wheel disc brakes, or power seats. If this car truly has these items, then they would have been aftermarket items installed by one of the owners.
