The GN cooler is between the slim radiator and the engine??? How does it get air? Does it depend on the air from the fan? Cool looking set up.

That's 3" pipe? I can probably find a bender who will do it for $25. That's pretty decent price in all.

So, do you have a scoop on the front like the SVO IC?

I have a GN intercool also....

After a couple of full throttle passes, still cool to the touch... I do not think a stock turboed TC can overheat the IC. I have mine at 20psi, still cool. :-)

The car came without an IC... from the factory, but lag does not exist. Even when the car had an auto tranny in it.

Just my $0.02

The GN scoop is on there to pull air from under the nose, but you can't see it in the pix. That's why the IC is tiltled forward slightly- for scoop clearance.

1.5" pipe
Cut the stock hose and clamped to it just after the lower outlet on the rad.
90* about 5-6" off the lower outlet, then straight over towards the water pump, and a 30-45* bend up into another piece of the stock hose. I never removed the hose from the pump, just cut it a little long and worked with it till it fit nicely. Then I zip-tied a leftover piece of the stock hose around the pipe where it crosses the other lines down on the lower outlet side, under the surge tank.

Hope This is helpful Pete.

Your install looks very nice. I did note, however that you don't have A/C or it was removed. Your plumbing does not appear to allow for the presence of the A/C compressor, it's bracket, tensioner and belt. You must live up north or just not mind the heat. I am not knocking the install, but I just want guys down south, like myself, to notice that the A/C is gone in this particular application

Yeah you're partly correct, but only the belt and tensioner have been removed. It wasn't completely necessary as there IS room for them, but the install wasn't finished until just before the MMFF shootout, and I didn't want to take any chances with them. I DO plan on reinstalling the belt and tensioner, but my ACs wasn't working anyway, and the heat isn't too bad around 75-80mph.

Natmac3, Thanks for the info. I already got the pictures saved and I'll save the text also.
