I DONT KNOW IF MY FRONT MOUNT IS EVEN AN NPR INTERCOOLER. I DO KNOW IT HAS 16 BARS IN IT, IT IS ABOUT (sorry, caps lock) 18-24" wide and the inlet/outlet is at 45 degree angles on either side. first off, could someone tell me what the heck i have, and secondly, could stinger's piping for the npr be used with only minor mods?

Pictures would certainly help. The inlet and outlet should point towards the rear of the car. IIRC, the CORE measures 20" wide X 14" tall, with aluminum endtanks. Inlet/Outlet diameters should be 2.75" (I believe). Your stock radiator won't work with the NPR, you will want a radiator for a 1994 Explorer 4.0 (what I used). Mine is a single aluminum core and cools great. Other people have used thicker ones, YMMV.
