Installing MSD 6AL

I'm installing a an MSD system tomorrow....MSD6AL, Blaster coil, Tach adapter and I am using the wiring harness adapter. Anything I need to know ? What plug gap are you fellow MSD'ers using ?

88TC, 5 speed, 2.5" ATR exhaust, K&N, Cold Air Intake, Ported and Gutted Upper, Ported Lower, Ported E6, calibrated injectors, coolant filter,Aftermarket electric fan, Spearco Front Mount Intercooler.
Modified leather interior from a 2001 Monte Carlo, lowered 1" using H and R sport springs.Modified ram air plenum.Bosch By-pass valve.

I did that and it works fine, exactly like my stock ignition did. I don't get better anything with it. i'm just running .032" gap. I have heard of others running much wider gaps but I haven't played around with it.

It didn't give me any performance gain either. I just run it for the 2 step. I run .032 also.

Winter 2001-2002 upgrades - powerstroke intercooler(mounted full size or it won't be going in), 65mm throttle body, 42lb. injectors, custom grind roller cam, big turbo, rear suspension upgrades

I run at least 50 thou and get better milage and my motor is definately smoother.

It would be the last mod I would give back!
