Inside dash lights not working

Can anyone help me with this problem when i turn my lights on at night dash lights are not coming on check bulds are good help me help me?

Check fuse #13 for power. Far left side of the fuse panel. THe only fuse that faces up/down rather than side to side.
All the dash lights are out, the guage cluster,radio, clock, or just some? Makes diference as to what circuits to check depending on which lights don't work.

Forgot to mention that fuse 13 gets its power from the rotating dimmer switch next to the Headlamp switch. These dimmers fail easily. IF you have no power to fuse 13 with the headlamps turned on, check the dimmer switch/headlamp switch. THe dimmer may have failed.
