i pulled my ihi turbo and there was no actuator or actuator arm on it. im gussing this is why the turbo only pulled 5 pounds on a good day. i'll post a picture, mabey you guys can tell me whats missing.

You are right, the WGA and WGA rod are gone. All the bolts that hold the compressor housing to the backing plate are gone which might explain why the WGA and rod are gone. It looks like the end of the WGA rod broke off and is still on the WG pivot arm. not real sure what that is but something there doesn't look right

thanks pete, does the wga bolt onto the compressor housing where those bolts are missing?

Yes the WGA bracket is held on by the compressor housing bolts.

LOL, Good call Jon. I'd get a whole unit in the wanted section. Someone close to you should have an extra.
