Hi! I have a 88 TC that I needed to replace the distributor and I lost the paper where I had the layout of the #1 plug. Is there a wright up on how to replace the distributor and set the ignition timing?
Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

You can check the FAQ's and search the forums to find the info you need, it has been covered many times. At this point, I would reset the timing completely if you've had the distibutor out for a while.

The #1 plug is closest to the upper to lower intake bolt nearest the driver's side fender.

Look at the faq's or the tech articles on how to change the timing belt. Gives you all the info on how to time everything up. Very easy.
