Ignition switch relay

I see Paulie has recommended adding some heavy relays to protect the ignition switch. Which circuits should get the protection?

Paulie, do you have any diagrams you could post or send me? I have the dash out and am trying to do all the major wiring upgrades now.

Thanks!

Jim what i do is isolate the accessory leads. Like the blower motor circuit and all the other circuits other than the ECM and Any other circuits that controll the actual running of the car. This is done with a HD relay. I use a BOSCH 75 Amp relay and the wiring is easy. Its a simple slave circuit. This will save the ignition switch and also the connector. I will go to my friends station and print out a schematic and see if i can post the modified circuit. I do it by memory and writing it down could be difficult but i will do it Thanks for asking Sir

No Paulie. Don't bother. After I thought about it a while, I figured that's what you were doing. Thanks for the extra info, sir.
