Check your fuel system by following <a href="http://www.turbotbird.com/techinfo/Fuel_System/fuel_system_diagnostics.htm">This Link</a> also in the Tech Articles.

With a stock, or Ranger Roller cam, you should be getting 18 to 20 inches of vacuum.

If you have all of this and you still have some running issues then the electronics in your distributor, the TFI and/or PIP, could be bad.
