Man...I've never heard of such a problem on a TC LMAO !!!!!

Joey, I think most of us are ther at one time or another...and the answer is...well...NOBODY KNOWS FOR SURE !!!!
Since you ruled out the TPS, it really leaves the IAC (or maybe the EGR).
I think my IAC is shot too. For the time being, I set my base idle to 1,000rpm with the IAC
unplugged and left the SOB unplugged. Other than having to keep my foot on the gas until it warms up...there have been no other problems and it fixed my idle surging problem as well.
Sorry if not much help...but idle problems are the #1 problem we have !
