wel buddy of mien was cleanign out his firend garage (her husband left her with a garage frul of junk a few years back)
this is also the kid that got me a set of groun effects for a 83-86 TC that i cant use.
ok back to the turbo, there was one layign around, loosk to be T3 ish, says air research on it, same bolt p[attern exhuast inlet, big oil return like my 83 TC. its has lots fo shaft play,b ut i plan on gettign a rebuild kit if this works, but my question is, that the front of the turbo doest have a flang like my IHI, is has a round connection for lieka rubber hose, loosk to be 2 1/4 -2 1/2, cant relaly determins size that well. but it also has a external waste gate, is this a T3? its off a Saab i bleive, thanks!
BTW it was freee so no lose if its not!

it has engravins ont he inlet saying
" RC. M10 AIR .42"
then on the back near the waste gate it says "DH4/4 garrett H4"

hope this helps

Steve says that the saabs used a .42 compressor housing, and this thing is oil cooled, so i dont think its a usable one for me, but no lose, it was free

with your typing skills, I'm sure someone will come up with what that is...within one letter/number of it anyway.

If it is a Saab turbo it is fairly small as far as a t3 goes. Not much bigger than an ihi. I wouldn't bother rebuilding it. I would sell it and put that money towards a .60/.63 t3 or better yet a t3/t4.

mods: SDS Digital Fuel Injection, ported & polished big valve head(1.89/1.59), .500 lift roller cam, custom upper and ported lower intakes, TE60 turbo, powerstroke intercooler, 60mm throttle body, 75pph injectors, Walboro 255HP pump, Kirban adj. fuel reg., ATR header, 3" exhaust with Dynomax Ultraflow muffler, MSD 6al, MSD coil, MSD Launch Control, MSD 8.5mm wires, K&N filter, Star stage III clutch, Hallman boost controller, Weld Draglites with M/T ET Street 26x11.5/15
NO TC and NO headaches.
