21 - ECT (Engine coolant Temp) out of range. Coolant is less than 50degF for KOEO, or less then 180degF for KOER, or greater than 250degF for either. If coolant temp is in proper range, suspect ECT sensor (It won't be for KOER tests on cars that have a 160 degF thermostat!)
25 knock sensor failure. Means you didn't open throttle wide when you were suppose to. Don't sweat it
26 VAF (Vane Air Flow) or MAF (Mass Air Flow) signal out of range. Suspect sensor and harness.
41 EGO read lean more than 15 seconds while in closed loop.
77 No goose detected during Dynamic Response test. Rerun test, goose it harder. This is probably where the code
25 came from.

it takes air flow to run an engine at 1500 rpm. The air either got in through the IAC, the throttle, or a leak. The IAC may not have moved down like it needs to. That seems to be a common thing.
I am just saying if it's a sensor problem, and it could be, then it has to be the type of sensor problem that would deliberately cause the car to open the IAC.

What do you mean by may have not have moved and its common? What would tell the iac to do so maybe i need to move up stream?

Code 25 will always appear during KOER it you dont tap on the intake with a wrench / hammer, etc to "exercise" the knock sensor.
Always be sure to run the KOER test with the engine fully warmed up, and to do a brief WOT to bring the engine to at least 4000 RPM and tap the brake immediately after the dynamic response code.
