Sweet new board......ok my next step in my process is to fix/upgrade my suspension but i need help figuring best stuff to use. I hears its very costly to keep the PRC running, as opposed to putting new adjustable shocks in. any recomendations would be great, maybe previous builds, parts used.

PRC Shocks and Struts are no longer made. Even if you wanted to replace them, NOS is pretty tough to come by.
And could you be a little more specific?

Have you searched yet? It's annoying that you come into the new forum and post the exact same question, expecting different results apparently.

Hey John,
Which Tokico's are you running? Illumina's or the Blue's?

Blues for an SN95. They're a litle firm but big bumps are still softened up enough that it's not unbearable. They definitely got the car under control though.

im just looking for some setups that other owners are using, looking at different options, i know i want the CHE performance upper and lower rear, the tokicos seem to be the best match. Im not really concerned about the PRC. What ami going to have to remove to disable switch, will it screw with the comp. I have never done any suspension work and my roomate told me to figure out what i want to put on and well do it as soon as the weather clears up

Did you look at JoeCool's website?
http://jr.rustecat.com/articles/mods.php
He has a link to the writeup on his website there and a parts list.
And did you look at the other thread I started with links about the suspension basics?

Then search for posts by Chuck W for example.

Here is a great thread talking about shocks and struts, I concur that Monroes are very soft and don't really do the job on a big car like the T-Bird. I almost lost control of my car at about 70 MPH once with Monroes on the rear because it started "shimmying". Here's the thread:

Please, there is no simple answer, this is not the way to get the info you want. Did you even read any of the info that has been posted or attempt a search?
And the Merkur is NOT a Mercury!!! The Merkur XR4Ti is a special Ford powered vehicle all to itself, Merkur is the brand and it has nothing to do with Mercury, please educate yourself!
