Are you using the auto trans computer? It's going to limit boost to around 9-10.
I have no idea what you said in the second post.

Well i have bypassed the boostcontrol on the car. So i was geting 15. And what i said in my 2nd post was "o yea i have to jump the silinod to get it to start. Why is that? I did't huck up the thing on the clutch pedal. I did huck up the wire to the back up lights and speedo. But there one open wiring plug thats closest to the motor. I don't have a wire harness for it. There wasn't on the donor car." If i could get the car started like normal and get my boost back up that would be great

I found the wires for the clutch....I think. Where I put them matches with the diagrams; but my system sentry now says I have a tail light and headlight out. I don't.
The one for the passenger side is 2 light green wires, the are part of the harness you'll see if you get down there on your back and look towards the rear of the radio. The 2 green wires go up to the top of the dash, above the relays there between you and the radio, and are wrapped around the top harness way up deep. There's a looped connector on them. Dig it out. Hook it up.
The drivers side clutch switch plugs into the green looped connector on the fuse panel.

your starting problem is the neutral safety connection on the trans. You need to take a 2nd look at the wires you used to figure out your reverse lights - there should be a bundle of 4 wires - 2 of them were used for lights - the other 2 you need to use a pair of female bullet connectors to connect them to the 2 brass prongs on the transmission. You should see the prongs in the neighborhood of the wires. That should fix your starting problem, but be careful, the car will start when it's in gear, make sure it's in neutral, or the clutch is depressed.
