I have a parts car and there is not an engine in it. Is there a way to get the seats out with out a battery, or can i rig up a battery to the seat switch?

you should be able to put a battery in the car as long as the cables are there and operate the seats. The only purpose the engien serves to the electrical system is as a ground spot, without getting technical, you don't need the engine for ground at all.

Here's the problem, there are no battery cables in the engine bay.

Attach 2 wires to a spare batt or a batt charger. Disconnect 6 pin connector under the seat. Take 2 wires from the batt or charger, and touch them to the Y/W and R/W wire terminals in the seat connector. One polarity will move the seat one way, other polarity will move it the other way. Done this myself a few times, and it works well. The other 2 sets of terminals will lt yuou move the seat front and rear tilts.
