What is the capacity of the 8.8 dif? I have the traction lok friction modifier additive but I am not completely sure how much it will hold. I know that you are supposed to use the plug on the dif as a gauge but would like to know how much from dry it takes to fill. This way I can use the plug for the final top off.

Thanks Pete,
That is exactly what I did! I am about half done with putting in the 3.73 rear end from my parts car. While I had it out of the car I cleaned it out and refilled it with the fresh oil and additive.
Everything looked to be in great shape too. I figured it was a good time to take a look.
