One of the members went 247 RWHP at Carlisle this year with a locked up rear rotor. Mine went 202 rwhp in 2000 on beginning mods. I know of a couple (not here) that are going in the 400 RWHP range.

------------------
88 TC X 2, 86 SVO, Main TC with K&N, 3"DP to 2.5"duals through Dynamax, Ric valve at 17+ and disconnected KS.
Elite Bodega 16" chrome wheels. Autometer pod w/ A/F and Vac/boost gauges. New engine shortly, ported head and
manifolds, polished and cc'd chambers, A-230 cam, Race Engineering Adj Cam Sprocket, Crowlers, ARP head studs, Walbro 190 pump and T-3 for starters. KB subs
and jack rails.

I'm not sure of the exact hp, but I did hit 246.7 at Carlisle. That was with the right rear caliper hung up. Dyno operator said it probably cost me 30 to 40 rwhp. So like I said I 'm not sure. I didn't get a clean run. Check my sig for a list of mods.

------------------
Glenn 88TC
current mods (247 RWHP with r.rear caliper hung up): ported & polished big valve head(1.89/1.59), ranger roller, gutted upper and ported lower intakes, t3/t4 turbo, MSD 6al, MSD Launch Control, K&N filter, Walboro 255 pump, full 3" exhaust with Dynomax Ultraflow muffler, Star stage III ceramic clutch, Tiny Avenger bleed valve

Mods in progress (have, just not on yet): atr header, 65mm throttle body, Kirban adj. fuel reg., 42lb. injectors, Taylor pro wires, 4.10 gears, G.N. intercooler
NO TC and NO headaches.

According to a calculator i found online to determine horsepower at the flywheel when the 1/4 mile time and weight of the vehicle are known (15.1 and 3480lbs), my TC is supposedly making 260hp, but i feel that about 240hp is probably more realistic.

------------------
maroon 1987 TC 5spd

gillis valve set at 18lbs, k&n cone on VAM, removed A/C belt, unbolted exhaust at track,
best 1/4 mile: 15.10 @ 89.25mph
Estoril blue 1987 TC 5spd, 148k mi, a237, Bailey BOV, spec stg3 clutch, spearco FMIC, 50 trim t3/t4, 3" exhaust, Bamafuel, LM1, 55pph
Best 1/4 mile: 12.31 @ 110mph on 25psi
