When I had my upper intake off the other week while doing to RR cam...I noticed one of the holes where my intake meets the EGR valve looked like it had been filled with cement! I tried to geat the stuff out, but I could barely scratch it with a drill or my friends dremel tool.

Anyone else got any cruddy EGR related stories to tell [Image: smile.gif]

Got bad news for you Adam...

There is only supposed to be ONE hole in the Upper Intake for the EGR. The EGR has two holes but the Upper just has one...SO DON'T TRY AND DRILL IT OUT !!! It is SUPPOSED to be like that.

NASCAR? Give ALMS a try. Most of the cars are what you may see on the road AND they turn right and left too.

ALMS stands for American Le Mans Series. It is sanctioned by IMSA (International Motor Sport Association). I don't know how old you are, IMSA in my opinion, staged some of the best racing anywhere in 1970's and 1980's. The focus is on endurance racing (Sebring, Le Mans, Road Atlanta, Mid-Ohio, etc.). This is the series where Audi and Panoz go head to head and the Corvette C5-R's race with Ferraris.

I'm with Scott Evil on this one.
A good friend of mine is the crew chief for Acemco Motorsports, and he stopped by to show me their new car for the 2003 season, a Ferrari 360GT. It was very impressive to be able to see one of these very rare cars up close let alone be able to sit in the driver's seat.
I can't wait for the new season to start either !!
