My exhaust is open right after the downpipe thanks to rust and an empty wallet. But no matter if I had no exhaust at all,ten of my car would still polute less than the average oil burning 82 honda civic or late 80's Dodge mini-van. My desk window looks out onto a major street in Columbus, and it's amazing some of these cars are still on the road!

Thats true about the new mufflers, my stock ones had huge holes and we nasty. Anyway, with my new motor (new head, gaskets, etc.) k&n cone, 18psi IHI, new clutch, and dynomax exhaust, i hope to hit a 14.9 at best. I wanna get a front mounted intorcooler soon though.
