Many guys are going to high performance double springs when going to bigger cams or just as a safety and security issue. These springs can be had off a 88-93 mustang 5.0 at any junk yard. They are plug and play.

I wouldn't think stock 5.0 springs would be a high performance upgrade? Hmm

They are the exact same springs that are sold as the 2.3 high performance springs. Just reworded so 2.3 guys would buy them for more money.

stock 5.0 springs aren't double springs.
if you have a cam capable of running a lot of RPM's and need a double spring. i'd use these.
