the front end was removed because there is large amounts of rust and i want to weld it nice and good...besides theres insalation in the wheel wells and i dont want a fire...its been a 1yr project off and on...i got it in horable condition but engine runs like a dream and fram needs help....ill post pics of it welded once i get that done

FMIC will be soon once i get my hands on one...btw theres ALOT of room.....so maybe before i put the bumper on ill weld all needed parts and install one......VOLVO 740 it is with a cheap BOV...

more pics to come once its done and maybe a video if weather is good

Your pics look all too familiar. Mine is in the same condition as yours except minus engine. I had to take it out to repair the subframe right at the upper suspension mounts. Just did it last weekend. It turned out really well. I was able to punch a hole right through the subframes with a screwdriver. I cut away the outer part of the subframe and a huge pile of rust fell out. Scary to think that I was actually driving it that way. This weekend I am planning on repairing a couple more things since I have it all torn apart and hopefully getting the enging back in and running. We'll see how it goes. Good luck with yours.
