Last night at 3AM we got the #$%^% scared out of us! John's TC suddenly decided for the horn to get stuck on and wake up the neighborhood! I ran out and disconnected the battery, which threw a HUGE spark. We literally haven't touched the car since last Saturday and it wasn't raining. What's the deal?

I'd say that the horn relay spontaneously self destructed. The spark was due to the high current being drawn by the horn at the time of dissconnection - it's not insignificant.
Either that or you've got a horn control wire that decided to short to ground but I'd bet on the first one.
Out of curiousity please let us know.
