An 02 code doesn't not always mean the 02 sensor is bad. It can be something else going on. Try pulling the codes and see what you get for each of the 3 phases of code reporting.

Well I pulled them b4 and one of them was couldn't read the o2 sensor then I a lot of the other codes kept saying rich/lean so I kinda figured the o2 sensor was causing them all

Think of it as the 02 sensor responding to all the other codes, not causing them. It would help to know the codes, by number, for each part of the test.

What do you mean ......"and one of them was couldn't read the o2 sensor"??? There is no such code or codes for that. EEC IV / OBDI does not check for O2 circuit integrity.

ok sorry it took so long.. but jeff: I ment to say I thought it couldn't read the o2 sensor

but the codes are
12: RPM out of spec...rich condition?
24: ACT out of range
26: MAF(VAF)out of range
42: system always rich
54: ACT (VAT) input to high...maybe caused by code 24?
74: Brake on/off switch ...bad pressure switch but I bypassed it
85: Canister purge (CANP) circuit fault... what is that?

12-ECA could not increase idle speed above normal idle Suspect throttle body coking.
24-ACT (Air Charge Temperature) sensor voltage out of range. Suspect ACT sensor and harness.
26, The needed spec are in more than 1 old post (VAM or VAF
42 always rich. Check for vacuum leak(s) and/or high fuel pressure

74-BOO Probably set because the brake pedal wasn't push at the required phase of the KOER test

85-is this an automatic trans car or an auto EEC in a manual car??

85-ok...yea it was a automatic car and it didn't like my mods lol so swap it to a straight drive and im soon going to put a automatic back in it

42-im pretty sure there is no leaks I have a gauge it stays on 20 pounds of vacuum and everything dealing with fuel is stock oem stuff besides the pump which was replaced 3 years ago

24-its probably a bad sensor ive had my motor apart a few times/but could that cause the car to run rich? being that it don't know how to adjust for the weather? for rich and lean conditions?

12- my car does no idle when I first start it up it runs super lean but then it richens out alittle bit as it gets warmer for example I have to hold the car at like 2grand for like 2 mins for it to start idleing from a cold start
