Help, Brake Problems

I just got a Tc a couple months ago, and i just replaced the rear pads and retured the rotors. The problem, this one noise remains at low speed braking with light brake pressure. It's sounds like somethings scraping on and off. This might look stupid but it sounds like this : scrape scrape scrape scrape. It's driving me nuts, has anyone had this problem before?

Could it be a bent axle flange .... especially, since you had the rotors turned.

Also depends on who was turning the rotors and how good their machine is. If the are not chucked up correctly then they will not come out right. They can even make them worse. I never turn rotors on my car. I replace them. As hard as I drive the car at times I don't want a now thinner rotor on the car.

Did you check the guide pins on the calipers when you put the new pads on ? These guide pins have a nasty habit of getting frozen stuck. I'd check them and replace them. Sometimes they are impossible to get out and the caliper frame has to be replaced.

Thanx for the help, i'm pretty sure the e-brake cable is the problem, i'm have the car looked at tomorrow and having a new cable installed. The e-brakes pivots on each cailaper were tight when i looked at them and i wasn't using the e-brake nor did i afterwards. I pulled the pivot back so it was not appling pressure. Went for a ride, it was fine at first then it got draggy like before. Parked the car, looked at the pivots tight and stuck where they were when i loosen'd them. And the car earlier today wasn't rolling back freely on some hills. So the brakes will be looked at and fixed Friday, more questions to come
Thanks
