heating problem

Ok so as you all know its starting to get cold outside. Therefore I finally got off my lazy can and replaced my blown heater core with a new one. I also replaced the water pump, thermostat, and hoses. My engine heats up just fine but it wont blow heat into the car. The only time the air is even warm is right when I start it after its been run. What could this be. Is it worth my while to fix it or should I get a bigger coat?

Assuming that hot water is circulating through the new heater core, my guess would be that the blend door(s) that direct air to or away from the heater core are not working properly. Which system do you have, manual or EATC?
