I put a Ford core in my TC. It lasted 10 months.

My NAPA core has lasted two years and counting.

No how to's on installation ? I'm don't like the cold. Burr
Why don't some company make a stainless steel one with aluminum fins? I hate having to replace cores.

Look in the Tech Article, bottom right, under heating and cooling

Then don't buy one from the Ford dealer.

Is our heater core the same as the 79-93 mustang with AC? I guess it is, i just never realized that. Is the aluminum better than the OEM? I agree it would be nice to see a SS one. I would like to only do this once...

Yes, the TC and FOX 3 Mustangs use the same core. Thats why it is still available from Ford dealers. If it was a TC specific part, it would have been obsoleted 10+ years ago.
