Head gasket install!

I think while I'm doing the other work I'm going to replace the head gasket just to be safe. Does anyone wanna help me with this? Pete? Les? Louis? How long does it take? If it takes a while for a newbie, I think I'll call off work tonight(rarely call off).

88 bone stock TC with 138k, 5spd, burgundy in color

It's not to hard, I did it in 5hrs, but make sure you have all the parts.
1 take intercooler off (plug wires and cap also)
2 unbolt the exhaust manifold
3 take the upper intake off
4 take the valve cover off
5 take the serpentine belt off
6 take the flat pulley off
7 take the timing cover off
8 take the timing belt off
9 take the head bolts out
10 don't forget to take the hose of off lower intake, it's all the way on the bottom, it a pain in the butt too
and that's about it, before you put everything together make sure your 1# cylinder is tdc

If I were going to take the head off, i'd have it refubished while I'm at it. Hot tanked and magnifluxed. Valve job,
guides inspected/replaced and at least a fresh set of valve springs and new valve seals. Didn't see your post until 3:30 PM.

Blade if you want to do it on the weekend. I am sure a bunch of us will help. Granted I am in Toledo but don't mind helping out a TCer plus I need to pick up some parts from GT350.

I suppose if I read up on it and with a little help we/I could inspect it myself. What if all of that needs done? How much will it cost?
