Headgaskets can blow in different ways and have different symptoms. Sometimes just 1 cylinder will be low on compression. Sometimes it will blow between two cylinders and both will be low on compression. Somtimes
it will blow so that oil get in the coolant or sometimes it will be coolant in the oil. Sometimes oil will leak down the outside of the head. Sometimes coolant will leak and be burned, white smoke out the pipe.

That being said, what problem are you having?

Well, I noticed a little sputtering and vibration at highway speed (70-75mph) when I hit the gas, but only up to @ 5 psi, after that it runs fine. No white smoke. Maybe its the plug wires. I also found that the BCS is bypassed. There is no boost valve on this car, will the BCS valve being bypassed negatively affect performance?

Doesnt sound like a HG problem to me. Just do a complete tune up with Motorcraft parts, and see how it runs.

What max boost are you getting? With the BCS bypassed (the 2 hoses just hooked together), you should probably be getting 17 to 18 psi boost by 2800 to 3200 RPM at WOT in all gears, which is a GOOD thing!!

I do get great boost Right around 3000rpm in every gear to 15psi but it stops dead at 15psi, it goes no higher. I still need the Gillis boost valve. I'll do a complete tune-up and if I have/dont have more problems, Ill let yall know. Thanks for the help.
