Thanks Pete, I am not clear on one thing though and I will quote that part of the thread from Bob...

"$30 sounds about right. Keep in mind that any new bolts you get from Ford will be 6 point heads, and torque to angle. The drill with these is that you torque the head to 51 ft/lbs in sequence, retorque to 51 ft/lbs in sequence, then TURN them 90 to 100 DEGREES.
This is in contrast to the factory 12 point torque to value bolts. "

So, torque to 51 ft/lbs in sequence (I am fine with that), then retorque to 51 ft/lbs again??? Does that mean to just recheck the torque in sequence to be sure it is at 51 again? Or does he mean back them out and torque them down again to 51? I understand about the angle but retorquing comment is confusing to me.
Is it just a "re-check" to be sure it's at 51 or a back out completely and retorque them down again?

Thanks

Sorry I am new to replacing the head gasket...

Rich,
I have never used that type bolt yet and I don't know the correct procedure or torque spec beyond what Bob posted. You might e-mail him for specifics or check over at Turbo Ford.
