According to the book that came with my code scanner here's the answers.
42 - Exhaust Gas Oxygen sensor; voltage signal always rich.
58 - Vane Air Temperature (VAT) sensor; signal voltage too high.
66 - Vane Air Flow (VAF) sensor signal voltage too low

Dave, don't change the 02 sensor based on that code (42) This code was probably caused by whatever is causing the other 2 codes.
code 58 VAT signal voltage too high. This could mean the circuit could have an open connection. Check the connector to the VAM. Look for individual connection out of location and check for bare wires.
