has any one used fitch fuel catalyst

I'm tring to put these in my fuel tank but there is a screen. my ? is how to go around the screen so that i can put them in my tank without dropping the tank? If anyone has done this please help...

Well there is 6 units with some special kind of material that stabilizes,cleans,eliminates low octane ping, gives HP and torque and increases your mpg by 15-25% so I want to try them. if they work then i'll let evryone know. www.fitchfuelcatalist.com
