got my money out of the harbor freight ball joint tool, bought it on sale for $29.99 and used it to remove and replace all bushings on the control arms, front and rear as well as the ball joints themselves. shop wanted $200 to do it all, so ifigured i'd give it a shot for $29.99. worked great. key for bushings is use a thick washer or you'll just push out the bolt hole piece in the middle

Wow, and I spent 100$ to have my lower A-arms done, ball joints and the bushings replaced. I think I got served.

Yes, but I'd rather have my own tools. I'll be buying one of those ball joint press kits here soon myself.
