For months I have been putting off installing Halo hedarest on my TC's just because I could not figure out how to remove them without destroying the seats. Well today I went to the jy and practiced. ITS SO EASY!! All I had to do was take a big screwdriver and put it under the gap in the headrest and bang upward with my heavy mallet. It took a sum total of 2 minutes. Then all I had to do was remove that plastic sleeve, which I just shook out. Then the new halo's just snap right in place.
For weeks I was cutting the seats open at the jy and prying the headrest clips to remove them. Never again. Hopes this helps someone. Oh, and the halo's look really sporty on our cars too

I just slid a slim piece of metal down the front of the headrest slot, to release the clip. Came right off. http://natomessageboard.com/uploads/00002066/8-6-05.jpg

I guess I sold mine on a bad week. I only got one bid and it was at the last minute. Oh well, my luck I guess.
