Guage question

I am aware that many say the guages in our cars suck. What are yours doing? I notice that my oil pressure guage will not read at or near the upper part of normal when the water temp is at the lower part of normal. Both seem to go up in relation to each other: Great oil pressure/ high normal water temp. Is this what others are experiencing? I maintain all the systems on this car somewhat fanatically, because it gets me to and from work (92 mile round trip) everyday. Is the guage fix in the FAQ's worth the time, or if I can put up with the 'concerned eye' when this happens, should I let it go? Opinions welcome.

Thanks!

The IVR sends power to the Fuel, Water Temp, and Oil Pressure gauges. On my cars, I keep track of how much fuel is in the tank, and use the error of the fuel gauge as a guide for the error of the other gauges. If the fuel gauge reads high, then I know my temp and oil pressure are also reading high.

...or as i'm doing, add gauges. this is when all else fails. personaly, the high temp and low oil pressure get real annoying.
