I finally got my T3 on, the only thing that went right was that it didnt leak. Everything was a mess, and i dont have a wastegate on it because I need my car now and it wont come for a week. I put a spring on the door flapper, and if i dont drive hard it should be ok. If you are doing a T3 install, make sure you have a T3 wastegate and bracket, exhaust elbow, and oil return line. After i get the wastegate I can be done. Damn.

Ok so it boosts like 4psi then dies off cuz the door opens. It drives ok, but i cant wait to get the boost back. It wont run even more rich now that the turbo doesn't come on, will it?

How long will it be before you get a wastegate. thats a dangerous gamble. I have one thats works but is not pretty. Just give me $15 bucks and you will have it by wednesday. Let me know

The IHI wastegate is different. My other one came today. It's safe though, I've only boosted 3psi so far max.
