Gillis over boost

Just installed gillis. I took apart and inspected. No matter how many turns it wants to go over fifteen PSI. I tried 6,5,3 and 2 turns. The vacuum port that comes straight out goes to vacuum tree and the 90 degree goes to wastegate actuator. What else should I check?

Just out of curiosity, what kind of vacuum line are you losing? It's possible that the line is collapsing and the wastegate is never seeing boost reference if the vacuum line material is too soft. Another possibility, (although not likely in this case) is that the wastegate actuator is stuck closed. Let us know what you find out
